I came to America from Jamaica at three years old and grew up as the underdog. I always believed something bigger was ahead. My family became my WHY—pushing me to dream bigger, work harder and build a life about more than personal success.

I built a career in corporate America, but burnout left me wanting more. Then I attended UFC 101 and fell in love with mixed martial arts. I made a crazy decision: become a fighter. First, I had to transform myself. I lost 100+ pounds, rebuilt my body and developed the discipline that changed my life.

The Ultimate Fighter Season 19 became my proving ground. I fought through the tournament, won the season and earned my place in the UFC. Years of sacrifice and refusing to quit paid off. More importantly, winning gave me a platform to use my story to help others fight for their own future.

Winning opened doors I never imagined, but fighting was never the final destination. It gave me a platform to inspire, teach and serve.
Today, I use the lessons I learned through adversity, transformation and competition to help people believe bigger, take action and refuse to quit on themselves.

Today, my mission goes beyond fighting. Through speaking, coaching, FitFam and the Eddie Truck Gordon Foundation, I use my experiences to help people realize that where they start does not have to determine where they finish.
Success means more when you can use it to help someone else win.
